Tools In Kitchen again, now I'm gonna explain Equipment & Utensil about "Santoku Knife, Colander, and Proofing mechine".
like the previous post, I'm gonna explain about to material, how to clean, and function.

   1. Colander

• Material : Stainless steel
• How to clean : with the water, soap, and sponge
• Function : used to drain the food with liquid or water

  2. Santoku Knife

• Material : Stainless steel or iron, plastic
• How to clean : with the water, soap, and sponge
• Function : used to cutting vegetable, meat, etc

  3. Proofing Mechine

• Material : Stainless steel, iron
• How to clean : with the water, soap, and sponge
• Function : used to proofing the bread
